I live on 9th street north and there is constantly 3 cats in my yard. Two are orange and have collars and the other is black with no collar. These cats are constantly in my yard and have recently taken to sneeking into my garage threw the crack between the door and the jam. I went into my garage tonight and it REEKS like cat urine for the second time this week. If you do not choose to keep your cats at the very least in your yard on a leash, I'm calling animal control telling them they attacked me and getting them put down. This has gone on all summer and I'm sick of it. If you want to be a pet owner, control your pets and keep them inside your house with a well kept litter box. End of story.
