bread machine! help someone

ok just bought a machine tried it twice the dough rises too much sticks to window, then weh it starts to bake it caves in the middle! I cut down yeast by 1/4 like they said and it did nothin!
its a B&D 2300 i think from C.T.
Does anyone know what else to try, sick of wasting time and ingredients.
