Dead bride can't find a dress!

I'm looking to be a dead bride for Halloween this year. I've seen people do this before, but I am having a heck of a time finding old, cheap wedding dresses. Either people want a fortune for them, or they don't want to part with them at all! Even at Value Village, they were anywhere between $40-$90 which is WAY too much to spend on a Halloween costume.
Does anyone know where a dead bride can get a cheap wedding dress?
