Closing the Door

I know of schools that when the teacher that uses yelling/screaming (daily)as a class management tool starts to yell, the other teachers close their doors to the hallway to block out the sound. This way they can continue their class instruction.
Sound familiar? Ask your child how often is their teacher raising their voice and why? Or ask is their teacher the one shutting the door.
