Looking for a baby sitter

I know there was a post a few weeks back about this but Its my turn now
Help Need a night out with the wife
I am just short of stopping teanagers down the Road and asking for their number. Mind you that would probably get me some jail time. Other side of this is if I do get their number , do I want them in my house with my kids ?
so what should I do?
New in town ( well been here a year now ) but I still have not made it into the teen scene
anyone happy with their baby sitters and would not mind sharing their secret savior
