Anyone know where I can rent a Wii and Rockband for New Year's

Hi everyone,
I'm holding a small New Year's party for my husband, myself, and 3 other couples. I'm looking to renting a Wii and having a "Rockband" party. Anyone know where this can be rented or have one they are willing to rent? Also, does anyone know if a Karaoke machine can be rented from anywhere in Brandon?
