How often do you wash your hair?  
 
Currently I wash and condition mine everyday, but some people tell me they do theirs every couple days, up to once a week, and I was wondering if maybe that would make my hair look nicer. My hair is not greasy, but it is pretty dried out.  
 
And if you do wash yours every couple days, do you put a shower cap on to keep it dry, or just get it wet but don't use shampoo?
