Engaged, new baby, new house?

Seems everyone you talk to lately, is either getting married, has a new baby/is pregnant, or is buying/bought a new house. I did a poll on my Facebook, and 88% of the people were doing at least one of these things.
Is this the same way for you, do you know a lot of people who are doing one of those things?

Must say I am guilty. I got married this year, bought a house this year AND had a baby this year..
