whats your biggest nieghbor pet peeve?

reading another post on here got me thinking.. so now im curious. What bothers you the most?
Myself it would be a couple things.
1.Sunday morning lawn mowers going, noise bylaw stays into effect till 8 where i live, yet at 730AM they are out cutting thier lawns
2.inconsiderate parkers ie. ppl who decide to block or park in my driveway lol.
