last weekend my wife and I went to a local laundry mat. Got up and was there as soon as they opened. Im new to the whole laundry mat thing, but my wife is an expert. Yep they got their own lingo, time the machines. really its a science in itself. So the wash was done and the drying began, and in came a woman and had some wet clothes that needed to be dried. She seen that all the dryers were used by us and others that came in and hounded every single person in the place. She actually stalked the dryers, timed them from the time the cyle started and was there waiting when it ended lol. I started to lose a bit of focus as im waiting for the dryer to end. I start to imagine this woman hiding behind loads of clothes and ready to jump out like a skilled ninja. So anyway we finished and in no way of a lie she pushed me and dove for the dryer. There wasnt even anyone in line behind her to use it lol. Then today my wife had to make another run to the mat. She asked if I wanted to join her but after the entertainment from last sat. I declined. She was the only one in the whole place and her wash was almost done when a mother daughter team came in and walked right past my wife, and started opening her washers. Now there were like 13 other washers in the place but were only single load. They wanted the doulble load ones lol. My wife was standing right there, watching the machines and the woman started to lift the lids one more time when my wife said, lifting the lids and checking them every 30 sec wont make them finish faster. She huffed and walked away. Then when my wife was drying they wanted hers. and kept watching and drooling over them. Apparently the dryers saves you big bucks when you get one thats already hot. My moral of this story is there are all kinds of bullies in this world. Never thought there was a laundry bully.
