Living with someone who irritates you

Yeah the title says it all. What do you think is a cure for this?
I personally hate to death the slamming of doors, rambling of dishes. Metal objects being used on my non stick cook wear. The complaints I hear when I use towels.
People listening to me use the washroom. People using my computer, not having respect for the person who pays rent. Especially hovering around me while I'm tryna do my &^%&. I literally have to announce, "Nope not gonna be done using my computer anytime soon."
Geeze, the list goes on and on. What would you do?
