need a little tech help

i was wondering if anyone knows were to buy a good desktop computer... im not looking to spend piles of money just somthing that i can do my homework on and play some online computer games without massives amounts of lag and choppyness. i have a monitor and stuff i just need the tower. i am looking to play world of warcraft on the computer. any tips thanks
