Needing Coffee Time

So, I've decided to try something a bit drastic, and odd.
I moved here from Calgary just under 2 months ago, and have recently become a parent to a wonderful, and amazing little girl. What I havent been able to do however, is get out and meet new friends to get out of the house and go for coffee with. I adore my daugter, love my man, but am very aware that I need a bit of me time. The only real connection I have with the outside world is through the computer, and (personally) thats just sad. I'm a very sociable creature.
Any suggestions? Or for that matter, anybody up for a $4 adventure?
