Ideas for homemade Valentines day pressents?

Every year I make something for my hubby for Valentines day.
1 year I took a deck of cards and made a "52 reasons why I love you" book.
1 year I did the 12 days of valentines day, and 12 days before he would get little gifts. Like 1 chocolate cake. 2 love poems, 3 love coupons, 4 heart balloons etc...
1 year I made him a c.d. of all of our songs and they told the story of us etc...
So this year I am having a hard time comming up with something. Any ideas? Anything you have done before that your spouse just loved?
