This is not a bashing tread of where you work but I was wondering when you get hired for a specific job why do you end up doing everything but the job you were hired for in the first place. It is very discouraging to get up and go to work knowing your gonna be doing something other then you were trained to do and that is the main reason they hired you.I don't understand why they would hire you for your training but have you do other stuff not relevant to the job discription. Does anyone have any answers. Also it was taken up with management but they just find excuses and the job is needed as there are bills to pay etc etc.
