Since starting work last year, I have collected a large amount of petrified wood. Not sure of exactly how much, but it fills a small garbage bin, and is at least over 5 lbs if not more. Im wondering if petrified wood is worth money, am I slowly collecting a gold mine? Or am I just piling up scrap? Some of the wood if rather cool looking. A few of the pieces have what looks to be some sort of faint fossil, while others are just eye catching. Any idea what can become of all this petrified wood?
