the military has been a life long passion of mine, ever since i was a young lad i had this dream to join the army and serve my country. the only thing is that as much as i love the thought of serving my country, i also love my girlfriend, who i am not sure would be too happy with the decision or even the thought of me joining. its understandable that she would have her reasens to dissapprove. and i do nto want to lose her over this decision, but at the same time i do not want to lose my passion and my dream of serving. should i persuade her to see things from my point of view, or leave this dream in my head.
