Used to bank with the Royal, and I remember sitting there waiting for an appointment one day, read this article whilst waiting: a bit of a long read for anyone not interested, but very interesting none the less.
Not expecting much feedback, but would be interested if anyone has any comments or related materials as I'm working on a little project.
The kind folks of RBC head office(Beth) shot this off to me in rapid order, when I thought It was going to be one of those research nightmares to find this piece. Apparently, they have all this kind of stuff digitized and available to the public, Fantastic!!
