Handicap Parking Spaces - Show respect!

I can't take it anymore. It needs to be said. Handicapped parking is for people with disabilities!!! NOT for shopping carts!
Please be respectful of people who struggle physically! Please be respectful of their vehicles.
It takes about 30 seconds to walk to the the cart return. Do these people a favour and use that 30 seconds wisely. Return your card.
