Black spots appearing on clean laundry.. How do i get rid of them?

It seems there are teeny black spots coming out on the laundry. I was curious if mold can live in a dryer, then spread to clothing?
This is what it looks like to me, is tiny pinpricks of mold.
Im curious as too how to get rid of them? As of right now, the clothes in question are soaking in a mild chlorine bleach and detergent rinse.
Anyone else have any ideas?
