I was at an auction today, and noticed an older fellow tracking a very young girl intently with the camera on his cellphone.  
 
He took several photographs of the girl as she innocently played, but something just seemed creepy.  
 
I went over to the mother of the child and asked if she knew the man, and that he was taking pictures of her daughter. Looking over my shoulder, she said she didn't know him.  
 
The man took off immediately, and I tried to get a look at his vehicle as he sped off in his car.  
 
Looking back, I wonder if I handled the situation well.  
 
Should I have taken a picture of him with my cellphone camera?  
 
Should I have confronted him?  
 
I don't know the protocol for this situation....
