Help, we are not sure what the best thing to do in this situation so any advice from the eBrandon community would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure this happans all the time, so what do people do?  
 
So here is the situation...Our son turned 16 years old 2 days ago and we thought it was about time that he got his own cell phone. Well to make a long story short it was lost/stolen at Vincent Massey today. When we realized it was gone we phoned it and someone answered it, but immediately hung up when I explained who I was and why I was calling. You have to understand how upset and distraught our son is about this. He's a good kid and is now completely devastated. He is 2 days into a 2 year contract with MTS and will (I assume) have to pay a monthly bill for a phone he no longer has. He earns his money by delivering the Brandon Sun and babysitting so it's not like he has alot of money coming in. This will be a hard life lesson!  
 
We called MTS to cancel the phone, but the tech guy could not help us and we have to call back in the morning. Can he buy another phone either new or used to fulfill his contract? The phone was an LG rumour, so if anyone has one for sale that could be connected through MTS we would be interested.  
 
Also we would gladly pay a reward for the return of the phone...no questions asked. So if you notice an LG Rumour laying around please contact us...You have no idea how happy that would make our son (and us!)
