Does anyone else find trying to contact our government re: taxes, information, phone#'s or any damn thing at all is a living nightmare????I can't believe that I just sat here and listened to a phone menu that lasted 20 minutes!! what is that about...I still don't have even the slightest idea of what the answer to my question is...and I am now so upset that I refuse to call back. Does anyone believe that private business could survive on this type of service?? I know I can't change a damn thing, and maybe that is why our VOTER TURNOUT is so low in this country...we have lost the ability to communicate with anyone who works in government and it doesn't matter what we do...it isn't going to change a damn thing!!! I am so mad I can't begin to express it!
