what should i do about this situation?

I had someone buy something from me on ebrandon. They came took a look at it: payed for it. They said they would be back to pick it up the next day.
As it turns out they never came back and got it. It has been a week. I do not have their number either.
We are moving and cannot keep it here any longer as we have to be out. What do i do.
