THE WORLD OF GOOOOOOD NEWS! ! !

Here's my little theory... if you look for good news, you're liable to find it:
If you look for bad news, you're liable to find it:
Good news makes most people feel good, that tends to be contagious:
Bad news makes people feel sad, angry or deeply depressed, that tends to be contagious.
One of those things that makes you go HMMMMMM.
Whether I'm at home or out in public, my mission is to make somebody laugh or make them feel good by complimenting them or cracking a joke about something silly.
Some folks think I'm a bit whacked, lol, good, that means I'm doing my job: There's others out there just like me, I see them in the grocery lines or at the gas bar, anywhere you find people.
It's too easy to find people that need cheering up, my mission, if I choose to take it, is to change all that.
Oh yes, it's fraught with danger, somebody might call me a nut bar, hmm, I like nut bars
The scariest thing is, I might have to stop and think about somebody besides myself! MUFASA!
You mean to say I might have to stop flailing out at the world and picking all the bad stuff to consume my day? I mean it's much more self satisfying to criticize the bad in people, because it makes me look good and shows everybody what a morally upright person I am, right?
You mean to say I have to look for the good in everyone?(sounds corny), and where's the pleasure in that, I need death, destruction, violence, scandel, etc. to get me through MY day.
Why doesn't good news sell like bad news at the news stand(enter jeapordy music)
Because they hardly ever put any in:
Why? because if they put too much good news out there for our consumption, they won't sell as many drugs to help with the depressing results of bad news. Fut the wuk?
Take the post I made this morning about the Sedin twins donating 1.5 million to a children's hospital: it got one comment, from Hman(hey Hman)
Now pan over to a discussion that's filled with violence and hatred to people they don't even know: it quite often goes pages, and you read comments of "those animals don't deserve to be on this planet".
Well, that confuses me, sorry, but I can't tell who the animals are any more, the violent offenders or the ravenous beasts that can't get enough of hearing about it.
Anyway, I have chosen to take this mission, what the heck, I've been like this my whole life, so here it comes,
drum roll please.
Oh, btw, if anyone has any good news, please feel free to share it.
Oh(part 2)this thread is intended for good news and only good news, if you have anything that doesn't fit this simple criteria, I insist that you find another thread.
Thanks, in advance.
Now, let the good news be your news.
