my rant for the day: high beams

is it just me or are more and more people not turning there brights off when they go by you at night. tonite on my way home i must have "flashed" about 15 to 20 cars who were bout 50 feet from me and then they proceeded to turn them off! this just irritates me all to H#ll. either use them and turn them off when your supposed to or dont use them at all!!!
