Winter Roads that is aweful

I beleive the government should build permanent roads into the communities or move those people out of there.Take a good look inthe mirror and say is it fair and I know in the back of everyones minds they are thinking how aweful those conditions are to be living up there and no supples and rely on a short season of winter roads to stock up on supplies for a whole year.Something has to change.
