Summer Activities?

Hey was just wondering if anyone knew of any good summer activities or events around the city? I'm pretty new here and was wondering if there are any street fairs, or live bands, or any sports days? Like a slow pitch tournament or beach volleyball tournaments that are just for fun? Also if anyone knows of any rec sport leagues around the city for the summer that would be appreciated too!
