I thought that I just passed out this warning about renting scams. I've posted an ad here looking for a roommate and I did receive lots of email but one of them sounds too good to be true and very believable (if you're naive like me lol) sure enough I've searched it up online and surprise surprise the emails are exactly like the one I had receive. (the very first email I've got is exactly like the very first paragraph on this web site just a different name and email) To test it more further, I replied and received the exact same reply from the emails on this website:

The "person" who emailed me used the name Jamie and the email is superabundance101@gmail.com exactly like the ones on this website  
 
Anyways, guys just be careful and be informed. I never gave any of my personal information though. Remember when in doubt look it up! make use of the internet. This is the kind of cases that I'm very thankful to the internet!
