I am wondering what the general feeling is about the tax credit. Did you take advantage of it? Were you surprised by the amount you got back?  
 
How do you feel about the fact that some folks who took advantge of the credit bought their supplies in North Dakota?  
 
My wife and I did not take advantage of the program. Unfortunatly we were not in a position to do so.  
 
I don't know how I feel about the cross border shoppers. On the surface it seems wrong to me, but if it is legal can we blame someone for trying to save a buck in this day and age?  
 
Should the government have put protectionist regulations in place to stop people from taking part in the program if they shopped across the border?
