Christmas=Happy Holidays, Easter=???

A city in Iowa will be taking Friday off, but it won't be "Good Friday" in Davenport. The city has removed the name of the holiday in an effort to keep church and state seperate. In one person's view "not everyone is Christian or celebrates Easter", and so the holiday should reflect the diversity and inclusiveness of a multi-national and multi-religious or secular society. This reminds us of the Merry Christmas vs Happy Holidays debate. Is this ridiculous or are we being insensitive?
