MagicJack husbands idea gone wrong lol

It's been 3 months and they are still claiming that they haven't received the device back. I sent that thing back as soon as I tried to register it. I couldn't register a number because I'm from Canada and they say they provide service and phone numbers for Canadians, but i tried a million different ways to get one but I couldn't so that's the reason I sent it back. Before I sent it back I went to their site and chatted with a representative (which by the way they don't have a customer service phone number) and he told me that they would refund me once they receive the magic jack. I don't believe them when they say they haven't received it yet and they charged me 76 dollars for the 5 yr service that I signed up for in the process of ordering my magic jack.)which by the way I read that that also was a free trial along with the mj) Then in March they charged my 50 dollars for the device. Now I tried to explain to them that I did send it back and that I'm not receiving the service because how can I when I am from Canada and cant get a phone number assigned to me and I don't even have the device! I shouldn't be charged anything when they say it's a free 30 day trial and money back if not satisfied! I'm pissed right now I talk to them 4 times about this last two times they said they will try to contact the billing department to see if they can credit me back for both charges and I am waiting. First time he told me to wait 48 hours for the billing department so I did and no mail so i chatted with them again and still same old saying.....we have not yet received your device...please wait for an email.... URGH! SO i copied and pasted all the previous conversations I've had with them and she then said the same thing. I will contact the billing department about this issue and there isn't a time or date when you should receive an email from them. I called Visa 3 times about this too and they wont debute the charges unless I have a receipt saying that I sent the thing back out. Even though It was through the process of return to sender. I was going to get one but i trusted that it would get there ffs. And the visa dude told me that I need a confirmation number from magicjack confirming that I want to stop service with them FFS i asked them three times and they just went on asking different questions like what did you pay with and what your email address and stuff that threw me off the topic. So as of now I don't know where I stand with Visa or these magic jack freeks.
