Hi....I own land with mineral rights in the Napinka area, we have recently been contacted by a drilling company to lease our land. We were offered $100 per acre, is that the going rate. Does anyone have land leased that they care to share how much per acre it was leased at? The chatter in the area is that 3 drilling companies are fighting each other for access to that specific area. Any tips or experiences shared would be helpful. My husband passed recently and I am on my own for this.
