Court orders disclosure of names of anonymous posters

This decision of a court in Nova Scotia could have huge implications for websites, blogs and other communication venues that give persons the opportunity to make anonymous comments:

Locally, this could impact both ebrandon and the "sound off" portion of the Brandon Sun.
I wonder if some people would say the things they say if they knew there was a possibility that their identities could be revealed.
