No Friends

Ok, Here I go well I moved here 2 months ago to start a new life for myself and it's going great. Just one problem I have no friends and I when I try to be a convo starter I usually get a no good response from the person I'm trying to start the convo with. So I wonder if it's my race are how I dress or could it be how I approach them I'm not sure. This is a nice city and all but it would make it a whole lot better to share that experience with someone. P.S I'm a Native guy,5'9,193lbs and I'm an all around nice guy.
