Babysitting Rate

What is an appropriate babysitting rate for a 15 year old babysitter? I have the babysitter look after my 8 year old and 5 year old occasionally. Sometimes, it's just for an hour and sometimes it's for six hours at night.
I'd like an idea to see what the going rate is.
