So I bought a water cooler a year ago and the cold water freezes whenenver I have it on (I have the temperature on the lowest level). I can't take it back to the store that I bought it from because I dont have the box or receipt, and they most likely would not take it back anyway. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or know anywhere that fixes it. I called a few of the water cooler places in Brandon but they said they only fix water coolers that they carry. The brand name is Polar if that makes a difference.
