Will I not get any sleep this summer?

A week or so back I posted my frustrations about dogs barking while I tried to sleep at night with my window open.. well maybe I should've kept my mouth shut.. karma has come back to bite me.. or something like that.. as I write this.. the city of Brandon are out street sweeping in my area!! Are you FREAKING KIDDING ME??????? I think I may have to change my name from happy_gal to tired_gal or grumpy_gal at this rate!!!
