We had a dog come wandering into our compound at the end of the day today (Powell Construction). She has no tags, but has a tattoo. I have called the vet and have the owner's name, but have no phone number for them. The dog's name is Shilo, she's a black lab and is super friendely. So if this is your dog, or you know who it belongs to, please send me a message. I've also called the radio stations and they have my phone number.
