Need fast info about bus service Wpg to Bdn ...

Have a friend stranded in Wpg and said the next bus from the Peg to Bdn is at 5 and doesn't get in until 10 ... is there not a VIP bus that runs from the airport to Bdn something like every two hours?
Does anyone have the phone number or more info on that?
I am doing a google search but no luck yet ... any help would be appreciated.
