Father's Day vs. Mother's Day.

Father's Day is the annual holiday when we celebrate our fathers. In many ways it's like Mother's Day, although the two holidays have a much different vibe. On Mother's Day, we take mom out for brunch or dinner. We pamper her and make sure she doesn't have to lift a finger all day. We buy her nice gifts and hope that she really likes them. Father's Day is a little different. Often, there's a barbecue involved and who gets to do all of the cooking? Dear old dad. And dad doesn't really care what gift you got him. And although he may not admit it, all dad really wants on Father's Day is to be left alone to relax in peace and quiet. Does it seem like Mother's Day is the more important of the two holidays? To the fathers out there, what would be your ideal way to celebrate Father's Day?
