I Can Not STAND my Job!! What to do???

I can not stand my job! its terrible, the people whom i work with, the amount of work everything. How can I learn to love a job i hate??? any ideas? I will not leave this job because i need it.... the pay and benifits are to good to go. I just need to learn to love it but would like tips as I dont know if I will be able to know how. Thanks
