How to celebrate one of the Big O's....

Can you help?
The last time I celebrated a BIG O birthday we had so much fun. I rented a guided pontoon boat ride down the Assiniboine River through an outfitters....with all the amenities.
After an afternoon on the river with great music, food and tire rafting..we headed home for a BBQ and bonfire.
I'm not sure I could top this..ten years later. Any suggestions?
