I need to blow off some steam here...  
I have always been told that it is illegal to block a persons driveway. True??  
Today as I was leaving home there was a car blocking my driveway. As I stood there disgusted thinking about whether or not I should call the police I notice a police car right behind her! He is blocking my neighbours driveway!  
Now, correct me if I'm wrong but it seems the height of ridiculous for a cop to pull you over for an illegality causing both you and himself to commit an illegality while doing so.  
Neither vehicle attempted to move to let me out of my own driveway. Can you give a ticket to a cop??? GRRRRRRRRR My blood pressure is rising as I type!
