How do you deal with Passive/agressive people?

The title says it all. What do YOU do when dealing with these ones.
They act so sweet and nice, sugar wouldnt melt in their mouths.. then once something doesnt go there way or just too thier liking, they find needly ways to take it out on the people around them but in that sneaky (Im not being mean) way about it.
I am finding it harder and harder to try to stay positive around this person, and its not like I can avoid them as I work with them.
