Switch B.C "N" driver's licence to MB licence?

I have my N (novice) class 7 B.C driver's licence. I am wondering what licence I would be given here in MB when I switch it over. I know no one here drives around with a green N magnet on the back of their car haha. I looked on the website but didn't find much help. In B.C you have your L (learners) for a year, your N (novice) for 2 years 5 years max, & then you can take your full licence test. There are restrictions for the L & N. I have had my N for 4 years, I don't know if that makes a difference. Also wondering if I would have to take a road test or not for the switch. Anyways, if anyone knows anything about it the help would be great! Otherwise I will just call in or go in, thought I would try here first though!
