This year is finally going to be the year that I take a much deserved vacation. Is it better to book a holiday through the internet or is dealing with a travel agent the way to go?
I'm going to assume that there is money to be saved by booking on-line, but I like the comfort factor that comes with a travel agent if there are any problems.
Any advice or thoughts?
