A different kind of speed dating

What I would like to see is the understanding of different culture groups getting to know one another. For e.g. in Quebec (I think), they have groups of younger people (mostly teens) of different races getting to know one another. It was setup like a speed dating situation where two people from different race have a few mins to get to know one another. Once the 5mins or so is up, they move to another table. I saw this on TV last week and it was greeted with very positive feedback.
Part of the reasons why I suggest this is because recently, I was a victim of racial discrimination. Not sure if anyone of you had experienced this evil situation, but I can assure you it is extremely disgusting and makes me look at Brandon differently.
This is more important as Brandon has more people from different countries living here lately. It will also educate the other non-Canadians about the lives and lifestyles of Canadians.
