Questions about Ste Frances Xavier MB

Does anyone know what is in the old nunnery now, I know after the nuns left there was a resturant but I think it has since closed. I am also wondering if anyone knows when the white horse monument was placed there. I have checked the website and can't find the answers. I have also emailed the RM, but just thought I would check to see if anyone here knew.
