Winter Getaways?!

DH and I would are planning our first all-inclusive holiday this winter. We know approx. dates that we'd like to go and for how long. We are thinking of booking at the beginning of December, to fly out between Xmas and New Years.
Where are some all inclusive resorts that you would recommend? What should we expect to pay for 2 weeks? Where are the best places to search for deals??
